How it works

There are two components to technical libraries: the public access site, and a private administrative site. The public site allows easy access to documentation through features such as full text searching, highlighted documents, and categories. Documents can be previewed online and downloaded in PDF format. Additionally, RSS feeds allow users to subscribe to topic areas of interest. This will notify them anytime a document is added which relates to a specific technology.

Managing your custom technical library is done through a secure, web-based administration system. The ability to integrate with your corporate authentication system means that submitters do not require separate credentials. Access privileges can be granted or restricted on a user-by-user basis. A customized submission facility is essential for capturing all of the necessary information about your specific documents. Designated administrators and reviewers are notified when an approval or action is required. This helps to create a smoothly functioning and efficient workflow.

All publications are digitally fingerprinted and notarized at the time of submission. After the final approval to publish, all documents are automatically rendered as PDF files with custom cover pages. This customized look-and-feel helps to give recognition to the individual authors (with included bios and photos) while adhering to your corporate standards.
